A carefully considered, elegant wedding celebration, bringing friends and family from the US to the English countryside for an unforgettable weekend long celebration.
Set ideally within 90 minutes of major airports i.e Heathrow, the itinerary will include exciting activities for guests to take part in on arrival and indeed throughout.
The welcome will be relaxed, informal - giving guests a delightful preview for what awaits on wedding day. Working with Aimee and John , we will design and curate a beautiful celebration, with bespoke touches to ensure  a memorable occasion, with a post wedding day /recovery party  for guests to enjoy before departing. 

Overview

I believe that the experience of event planning should involve almost as many enjoyable memories as the event itself, and I strive to be flexible, adaptable and creative to exceed your expectations, and make the journey from planning to partying one to remember. You will have 1-2-1 , direct and hands on support from me throughout.

I started my eponymous boutique event business in 2017 to combine my love of hosting, celebrating and working closely with people.

In this short time, I have already been named one of the top wedding planners in the world by Harper’s Bazaar. A creative mind with a professional background in retail supply chain management, I draw heavily on my skills and experience in logistics and managing supplier relationships to deliver weddings and parties that are executed seamlessly.

Sarah Wilson (Top-R) has been working alongside industry-leading planners on fabulous events and behind the scenes for a number of years. Sarah has fast become an integral part of ByChenai HQ, a brilliant multi-tasker, she ensures that every client journey is a seamless and well organised staying close to all the details and the suppliers and that every person involved with your event has everything they need to execute it to the high standard we expect.

Tariq (Bottom-R) is an experienced Weddings and Social Events manager, who takes great pride in creating memorable, extraordinary experiences for his clients.

10% of your overall budget spend, this is inclusive of VAT  and a minimum fee of £25000 applies (twenty five thousand pounds). 
This will cover the rehearsal dinner ,wedding day and post wedding day  projected planning time, site visits, supplier meetings throughout the planning journey. It excludes travel , accommodation expenses for Team ByChenai 
  • The Deposit payment is due within 7 days of signing the agreement.
  • A second payment of £5000 ( five thousand pounds) must be made by August 1st 2025
  • A third payment of £10 000 (ten thousand pounds) must be made by February 1st 2026
  • The final payment must be made two weeks before the wedding day.










When you confirm that you wish to go ahead I will send you my full Ts& C’s to review and sign. I ask for a £5000 deposit to be paid within 7 days of booking so that I can secure your date and begin working with you. This will act as a non refundable retainer - it is transferable to new date within 12 months should you need to postpone. A second payment would be due 16 weeks prior to the wedding and the balance due 1 week before your wedding.
